1. The Prize
There is one prize available to be won consisting of a 7-night cruise for two (2) people traveling between August 2010 and January 2011. Some restrictions and travel blackout periods may apply. The cruise includes standard interior stateroom accommodations and port charges departing from a port in the state of Florida. Gratuities, all transportation to and from the selected entrant’s and travelling companion’s home and the port, any additional hotel accommodations, optional shore excursions, airport and departure taxes, holiday insurance, beverages, additional meals while not onboard the ship and items of a personal nature are the responsibility of the selected entrant and their travelling companion. Selected entrant and companion will also be responsible for obtaining all necessary passports and travel documentation.
The prize is non-transferable and must be accepted as offered, as there will be no substitutions and no cash equivalent. Travel is subject to space availability at time of booking and some blackout periods apply.
All decisions of the judges with respect to all aspects of the contest are final.
By claiming the prize, the selected entrant waives the right to claim any cost of winning the prize including, without limitation, any and all costs of verification and redemption or travel to redeem the prize and bears in full any liability which might arise from redeeming or seeking to redeem the prize.

2. How to Enter
Register your chance to win when you purchase your advance tickets online for the Gainesville Wedding Expo, September 27, 2009. Also, get a second chance to win on the day of the event. Maximum of two entries per person for a chance to win the final prize: one online and one at the expo.

3. Selection of Winner- Eligibility
A drawing will be held on September 27,2009 from all entries received and the selected entrant must be in attendance to win. Entry forms must be received by September 27, 2009, the contest closing date. The chances of winning are dependent upon the total number of eligible entries received.
Once declared the winner, the selected entrant and travel companion will be required to sign a Release Form, confirming compliance with the contest rules and acceptance of the prize as offered, and releasing the participating sponsors, CruiseShipCenters International Inc. (“CII”) and their respective employees and agents from any responsibility for any injury, accident, loss, damages, misfortune or expense resulting from the use or enjoyment of the prize.
If the selected entrant is unwilling or unable to comply with the contest rules within two weeks of the draw, the selected entrant will be disqualified and another entry will be randomly drawn from the remaining eligible entries received.
By entering the contest, the entrants agree to give the sponsors and CII permission to use their name and/or picture in contest publicity without compensation other than the prize offered.

4. Waiver of Liability
Winner agrees, except where prohibited, that CII may use winner’s names, picture, portrait, likeness and voice for advertising and promotional purposes without compensation. By entering, entrant agrees that CII, its affiliates, partners, advertising and promotion agencies and suppliers and all of their respective officers, directors, employees, representatives and agents shall have no liability for, and shall be held harmless for and against any damage, loss or injury that may arise in whole or in part, directly or indirectly, from the acceptance, possession, use or misuse of prize (and any travel related hereto) or participation in this sweepstakes. CII makes no warranty, representation or guarantee, express or implied, in fact or in law, relative to the use of prize or any travel awarded.
This contest is subject to all Federal, State, Provincial and Municipal laws and regulations. Void where prohibited.
